What Makes a Good Lab Group?
Lab Group Rules
You are accountable for contributing to the assigned task.
Your are expected to help any group member who wants help, needs help, or asks for help.
You will ask the teacher for help only when everyone in the group has the same need.
You may not “put down” another person in any way.
Lab Group Job Descriptions
Researcher - Reads and informs the group of all directions and information.
Lab Technician - Is in charge of getting all materials and setting up the lab.
Scientist - In charge of performing the experiment with the assistance from the other members.
Recorder - Records and Reports results in chart, table, graph or paragraph form. Keeps the group on-task.
Time Keeper - To be decided by group, if needed.
