Meet the Teachers
Mrs. Dunn
This is my 1st year at Quincy Middle School. My husband, son, and I are currently living with family. I receive my Bachelor's degree from Alma College and will be finishing my Master's degree at Central Michigan University this fall. Some of my pastimes include gardening, playing with my son, and exercising. I am really looking forward to the school year and the wonderful things to come.

This is my 9 th year so teaching 6 th grade science here in Quincy. It will be my 11 th year of teaching. I taught two years in Roma TX. I am married and have two daughters that go to school here in Quincy. In addition to teaching I also coach Varsity girls track and Varsity Football. I have a bachelor’s degree for Hope College and a master’s degree from Spring Arbor University.

This year I am teaching 1 sections of 7th Grade Science and 3 sections of 8th Grade Technology. I have three children and my wife is a teacher at Jennings Elementary.

This is my 12th year at QMS and this year I will be teaching 4 sections of 7th Grade Science. I live in Quincy along with my husband and daughter. My bachelors degree is from Northern Michigan University and my Masters is from Western Michigan University. I enjoy falling down mountains (skiing), boating and teaching!!! I am a technology geek so I love working on the Middle School and MS Science pages.

My name is Courtney Rakocy. This year I am teaching 1 sections of 7th Grade Science and 3 sections of 8th Grade Science. My favorite unit to teach is plants. I love to see the far out projects my kids turn in! I graduated from Olivet College and have my masters from Western Michigan University. I live in Coldwater with my two daughters. I enjoy golfing, singing and reality TV!
